A Registered Nurse is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience. Unit OverviewServing the Wilmington community and Northern New Castle County, the Cardiovascular unit (CVU) at Saint Francis Hospital is a 30-bed unit. We care for a wide variety of patients including cardiac diagnoses requiring vasoactive drips, respiratory compromise, DKA, vascular, sepsis, overdoses, and more. Continuing education is provided on relevant topics, as well as Education Forums with our intensivist. Our management team values and promotes work life balance, professional growth and comradery.
