Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Lead daily practice operations to create a seamless patient flow and a supportive environment where clinicians can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.Create and execute strategic business plans in partnership with physician leadership to drive practice growth and meet long-term financial goals.Support and develop clinical and administrative teams through proactive performance management and recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet patient demand.Oversee the practice’s financial health by monitoring budgets, billing cycles, and vendor relations to ensure the site remains a sustainable, high-performing asset.Coordinate patient care services by acting as a vital liaison between staff, physicians, and patients to resolve conflicts and uphold the highest standards of safety and satisfaction.Requirements Education:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.Additional Preferences Healthcare exp required.
