Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesiology team at Henry Ford St. John Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in Detroit, Michigan, offering a dynamic inpatient practice environment with strong compensation, call incentives, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus.Job Description:Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital settingDeliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a Level I Trauma CenterCollaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teamsParticipate in scheduled night and weekend call coverageRespond within 1 hour when on-call and provide services as needed (2-hour minimum callback)Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluationsAdminister anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperativelyProvide post-anesthesia care and pain managementDocument all patient encounters in EPIC EMRMaintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standardsSupport staffing needs due to ongoing staffing shortagesNo lapsed or new graduate candidates Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidatesNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described aboveOpen to H1B and J1 Visa CandidatesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
