Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows: Source, recruit and hire administrative, call center, technician and executive level positions. Build candidate pools to meet hiring managers’ needs utilizing creative recruiting sources. Interview, assess, and qualify candidates based on skill set, salary, and employment requirements. Assist hiring managers in hiring decision and job offer processes. Discuss the benefits of working at Armstrong including compensation plans, health insurance, 401(k), etc. Assist with special projects in Human Resources department. Advise and guide employees and management policies and procedures. What You’ll Need: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full cycle recruiting. Demonstrated ability to source all levels of candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media and recruiting events. Prior experience phone screening and assisting managers in behavioral interviewing techniques. Highly organized with strict attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and various Internet search engines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field preferred Who We Are The Armstrong Group is a family owned and operated collection of diverse companies.
