Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in property preservation or a similar role Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, window and door installation, lock changes, grass cutting, flooring, and other property-related work. Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Perform the Job according to the Job Scope.Follow the vendor manager's instructions strictly and keep them updated about your work while you are at the site.Requirements: Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
