Job Description Trek is looking for seasoned bikes mechanics to support either our Project One Factory at our HQ in Waterloo or our Red Barn Refresh program at our Distribution Center in Johnson Creek. These are full-time bicycle mechanic opportunities that are not customer facing and not in a retail environment. Instead, you will be wrenching on bikes full time with some of the best mechanics in the country while helping to get more people on bikes every day!At the Trek Performance factory, we build the customers’ dream bikes that inspire adventure, freedom, and the sheer joy of the ride. You'll play a key role in ensuring every bike meets our high standards for speed and quality. We’re all about precision - you’ll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with flawless accuracy. In the role, you will have the opportunity to work on both Project One custom bikes and built-to-stock Trek bikes.At Red Barn, we build refurbished bikes that inspire adventure, freedom, and the sheer joy of the ride.
