Commercial Applicator | FT, Year round

A well-established agricultural operation in Delaware is seeking a full-time Custom Applicator to support crop production through safe, accurate, and efficient application of crop protection products and nutrients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, modern equipment, and being part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities Operate self-propelled sprayers and or spreaders to apply crop protection products and fertilizers Calibrate, maintain, and safely operate application equipment Follow all application schedules, product labels, and agronomic recommendations Maintain accurate application records and comply with regulatory requirements Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Work closely with agronomy and operations teams during peak seasons Uphold strong safety standards and environmental stewardship practices Qualifications Prior experience as a custom applicator or in a similar ag operations role preferred Applicator license or willingness to obtain required certifications Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with modern ag equipment Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons CDL preferred but not required (or willingness to obtain, depending on role scope) Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented work ethic Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employer paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Paid time off Supportive leadership and an exceptional work culture Long-term, stable employment with a respected ag operation Please submit your resume to be considered.
