Shape your future with us through our fantastic Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)!What You’ll Do as an Operations Compliance AdministratorAs an Operations Compliance Administrator at Lewis Services, you’ll:Administer the operational herbicide and pesticide licensing programEstablish and continuously refine licensing processes and requirementsResearch and stay current on local, state, and federal regulatory changesServe as the primary communication link between operations and the corporate office for compliance mattersTrack license renewals and expirations within company systemsProactively identify risk areas where additional licenses or filings may be requiredReview operational bids to ensure proper licensing requirements are identifiedSupport operations teams with exam information, study materials, and licensing preparationProcess license applications and related payments accurately and timelySupport regulatory tracking requirements across operating entitiesDevelop, monitor, and update key performance indicatorsConduct internal compliance audits and prepare related reportingManage and track annual reports, business licenses, and contractor licensesServe as the main point of contact for third-party processors and coordinate with operating entitiesFile ad hoc annual reports, business licenses, and contractor licensesLead support efforts during external audits related to licensing programsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringAssociate’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field3+ years of experience in compliance or a related fieldExperience with regulatory or customer service matters related to vegetation managementBasic understanding of vegetation management operationsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to interpret and analyze documents accuratelySelf-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independentlyKnowledge of basic accounting principlesAbility to engage effectively with field operations and corporate teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability in fast-paced environments with moderate to high stress levelsPreferredBachelor’s degreeExperience with compliance in the vegetation management spaceBilingual (Spanish - written and spoken)Physical DemandsAbility to:Sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive keystrokes regularlyOccasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.Travel occasionally, including overnight stays via ground or air transportationContinuously - Sitting, communicating, using computersFrequently - WalkingOccasionally - Climbing, lifting, kneelingRarely - Exposure to hazardous materialsNever - Confined spacesEnvironmental ConditionsRegularly - Office environmentOccasionally - Travel exposureRarely - Hazardous materialsNever - Confined spacesComments: PPE required per OSHA and ANSI standards when applicable.Tools & EquipmentEquipment may include:Computers, phones, scanners, fax machines, and copiersMicrosoft Office Suite including Excel and WordCompliance tracking systems and third-party licensing platformsWhat We OfferNon-Union Benefits:Competitive pay: $68,750 - $83,550 / yearEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid training and certificationsHealth, dental, vision & HSA options401(k)Paid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Our People PromiseOur commitment to Our People is key to the success of our business.
