Provides prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests while creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience.Takesaccuratefood and beverage orders, communicates effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff, andassistswith beverage preparation and delivery.Processes guest transactions accurately using POS systems and handles cash, credit, and comp transactionsin accordance withfinancial control procedures.Engages guests in friendly conversation, uses guest names whenappropriate, and provides personalized service throughout the visit.Monitors guest alcohol consumption andinterveneas necessaryin accordance withresponsible service guidelines.Promotescurrent property events, programs, and promotions andrecognizesrepeatedor valued guests to ensure elevated service.Assistswith setup and breakdown of dining areas and ensures tables are properly set and guest-ready according to venue standards.Maintains a clean, organized service station andassistswith dining room cleanliness, including host stand and beverage areas,in accordance withhealth standards.Restocks dishes, utensils, beverage station supplies, and service items throughout the shift and at closeofbusiness.Ensures sanitation practices are followed, includingtimelyreplacement of sanitation buckets and silverware soak water per Department of Health standards.Performsadditionaljob-related duties as assigned.Must be at least 21 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent required.One to three months of related experience preferred; prior experience in a high-volume serving environment strongly preferred.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to accurately count money and makechange.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment with exposure to bright lights.Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues and work in confined spaces as needed.Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to approximately 35 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
