Job Description u2022u2003Serve as part of the Engineering Helpdesk, providing day-to-day customer support engineering for internal teams and external customer-facing needs u2022u2003Assess incoming engineering work requests within 24 hours, determine ownership, and prioritize based on urgency and impact u2022u2003Support external customer-related issues, including Rapid response to product failures or field issues ou2003Identifying and correcting design gaps or product offering issues (e.g., component visibility, system functionality) u2022u2003Perform deep root cause analysis using disciplined problem-solving methodologies (including 8D) u2014 no surface-level or u201cservice-onlyu201d fixes u2022u2003Develop and implement both short-term corrective actions and long-term design improvements u2022u2003Contribute to new technology development, supporting projects from idea and concept through design, validation, and production u2022u2003Collaborate cross-functionally with test technicians, electrical engineers, manufacturing, and other engineering teams u2022u2003Act as a key connector (u201cthe glueu201d) to help move solutions forward efficiently and effectively We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
