Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Change Management Consultant Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $47 What's the Job? + Design, implement, and reinforce change strategies to support organizational and technology transformation initiatives. + Collaborate with Agile product teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to embed change activities into delivery cycles. + Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. + Lead communication, training, engagement, and adoption activities to ensure successful transitions. + Track change progress, measure adoption, and adjust strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate smooth change adoption. What's Needed? + 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or related fields. + Experience supporting Agile product and program delivery, including familiarity with sprints, ceremonies, and cross-functional teams. + Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and environments for immediate contribution. + Strong conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Understanding of regulatory, operational, and risk considerations within the financial industry.
