If Executive Administrative Assistant 2 sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now Key Responsibilities Complex Calendar & Meeting Management u00b7 Manage heavy, proactive calendaring across global time zones, continuously reprioritizing based on changing executive needs and business priorities. u00b7 Partner closely with internal and external Executive Assistants to coordinate meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure agendas, materials, and attendees are fully aligned. u00b7 Serve as a primary point of contact between the General Managers and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Travel & Logistics u00b7 Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including realu2011time adjustments and contingency planning. u00b7 Coordinate executive participation in summits, offsites, customer engagements, leadership reviews, and other highu2011visibility events. u00b7 Process expense reports with accuracy and ensure timely reconciliation in accordance with company policy. Rhythm of Business (ROB) & Operations u00b7 Support ROB activities and planning cycles across WWIC and associated business groups. u00b7 Build, manage, and optimize ROB cadence in partnership with Business Management, ensuring operational continuity. u00b7 Execute recurring meeting cadences, prepare agendas, track action items, and maintain alignment across quarterly and annual planning cycles. Operational & Project Coordination u00b7 Oversee dayu2011tou2011day team operations including space management, onboarding, procurement, and distribution list administration. u00b7 Lead and support special projects and crossu2011organizational initiatives on behalf of GMu2011level leaders. u00b7 Track commitments, followu2011ups, communications, and deliverables to ensure organizational clarity, accountability, and alignment. Required Skills. u00b7 Executive Assistant experience supporting Director, GM, or CVPu2011level leaders at Microsoft, including at least 12 months of verifiable EA experience with consistent availability for senior leader support. u00b7 Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. u00b7 Demonstrated success managing highu2011volume executive calendars, complex travel logistics, and senioru2011level stakeholder engagement. u00b7 Strong communication skills, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. u00b7 Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools, ROB frameworks, operational planning rhythms, and organizational workflows What's in this Administrative Assistant 2 position for you?
