Job Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and TPRM, with a strong emphasis on configuration over customization. Lead technical and functional workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned to out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and form layouts Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, including Script Includes and scoped applications Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and external vendors Provide guidance to clients on platform capabilities and optimization opportunities Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and user stories Execute unit testing and support UAT cycles Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point for platform challenges Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
