Fulfillment Associate

Primary responsibilities include: u00b7 Inspect incoming freight and packages for defects or damage, record discrepancies, and notify supervisors in a timely manner u00b7 Stage, tag, and palletize raw materials and finished goods for shipping and receiving operations u00b7 Load and unload trucks, move materials within the warehouse, and organize products for storage or transfer u00b7 Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and Packing Lists, verify accuracy of shipments, and coordinate outbound freight u00b7 Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts, full physical inventories, and reconciling stock discrepancies Perks: u00b7 Pay starting at $19.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed u00b7 Weekly paycheck u00b7 Warehouse environment u2013 fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-focused u00b7 Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with shipping and receiving systems and inventory management u00b7 Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Qualifications: u00b7 High School Diploma or equivalent u00b7 Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience preferred u00b7 Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand for long periods of time u00b7 Basic computer skills including email, Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS) u00b7 Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Location: Cary, NC Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
