Lead DAS Installer

Description Our customer specializes in 4 major telecommunications categories- LMR (Land Mobile Radio, IBS (in building systems, IDAS), ITS (Intelligent transportation systems), and Physical Security Our customer has a number of In building projects that they will work on over the next few years, this includes the construction and maintenance of in building wireless access points. They are currently supporting projects in the Federal, State and Local government, and education, transportation, venues/stadiums, and healthcare field. This scope specifically is for the IL market where MCA is supporting DAS/low voltage installation, public safety, fiber, coax, ODAS/IDAS, new builds, existing campuses, hospitals, schools, stadiums, etc. Most of the work is in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana but candidates must be open to travel and overnight stays. Resources must be open to coast to coast travel (worse case scenario and rare) with overnight stays being possible 4 nights at a time, coming back on the weekend. Will drive company vehicle, hotels/flights covered, $65.00/day for per diem. Our customer is looking for a strong/advanced LEAD DAS Technician that can support advanced DAS installations, troubleshooting, testing, and field leadership within a small twou2011person team. The role requires strong technical depth across RF/DAS systems, OEM platforms, power systems, and hands-on problem solving.
