What Youu2019ll Do Youu2019ll play a key role in our production workflow, supporting a variety of shop activities, including: + Reading and interpreting prints, spec sheets, and 3D files + Operating manual and powered CNC production equipment + Assisting with 3D printer setup and basic operations + Participating in casting and moldu2011making activities + Performing postu2011processing and finishing on prototype parts + Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards + Tracking jobs and progress in our ERP system + Maintaining raw material inventory + Helping with machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and general shop upkeep If you enjoy variety and learning new skills, youu2019ll thrive here. ?ufe0f What You Bring + Mechanical aptitude and comfort with shop tools + Ability to understand technical documents and 3D files + Basic machineu2011operation experience + Confidence using hand tools Bonus points for: + General labor or production experience + Familiarity with packaging, shipping, or receiving + Previous work as a shop helper or production worker ?
