Job Title: Operations Team Member Job Description As an Operations Team Member, you will play a vital role in the production of restaurant furniture. Your tasks will include sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will work with hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools to ensure the quality and precision of the products. Additionally, you will operate sit-down forklifts in the warehouse. Responsibilities + Sand, grind, assemble, and cut restaurant furniture table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. + Utilize hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools effectively. + Operate sit-down forklifts within the warehouse safely and efficiently. + Collaborate with team members in a cell-based work environment to ensure smooth production processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Experience with forklifts (6 months to 1 year required). + Construction, millwork, or cabinetry experience (1-2 years required, recent within the last 2 years). + Skill in using measuring tools (1-2 years required, recent within the last 6 months). + Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a dusty millwork area with capability to wear an issued respirator face cup. + Comfortable working in warmer conditions during the summer. The schedule is 1st shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday. Dress code includes jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toed boots. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
