As an electromechanical assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production line, ensuring quality and efficiency in every step of the process. Responsibilities + Perform routine assembly operations of a repetitive nature on mechanical and/or electronic components and sub-assemblies. + Work from samples, bills of material, prints, and work instructions, as well as verbal instructions. + Use various hand and power tools to perform work. + Assemble devices to form complete units or subassemblies, including programming transmitters and using laser equipment. + Build sub-components as needed using various tools and machines. + Perform visual inspection and functional testing during assembly operations. + Conduct calibration for devices as needed. + Maintain accurate inventory and notify the team lead of adjustments or scrap. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift. + High attention to detail with a focus on quality. + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and units of measurement. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Assembly experience preferred. + Experience in manufacturing is a plus. + Experience using torque equipment is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is temperature-controlled and requires steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and gloves. We operate on a 1st shift from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM and a 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with potential overtime announced in advance.
