Job Description In this dual role as a Grain Fabricator and Foundation Crew Member, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating grain handling components while supporting installation projects. Most of the work focuses on fabrication and installation, with occasional assistance on foundation and concrete tasks when project timelines require it. Responsibilities + Weld and fabricate components such as flange rings, spouts, transitions, augers, conveyors, and supports + Assemble and install conveyors, bucket elevators, and structural support systems + Read and interpret blueprints to meet fabrication and installation requirements + Lead or assist a small crew of 3u20135 employees + Support foundation work including digging, forming, and concrete placement as needed + Work safely on active construction sites alongside other trades Required Skills & Experience Hard Skills + Millwright experience + Stick welding + Fabrication + Blueprint reading + Construction experience + Concrete or foundation work (preferred) Soft Skills + Team leadership or crew coordination + Flexibility and willingness to assist where needed Work Environment + Outdoor construction sites at grain facilities with large silos + All weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) + Regular truck traffic and coordination with other trades + Work radius within 60 miles of Lebanon, IN + PPE required: boots, jeans (no holes), and highu2011visibility shirts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
