In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project facilities including contract and permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and development. Working with other members of our team, you'll build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facilities. Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting experience in written and oral presentations. Experience with implementing and maintaining H&S policies and practices. Demonstrated client management experience Proficient performing mathematical and algebraic calculations associated with wastewater treatment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook Current valid REAL ID driveru2019s license with no major infractionsIdeally, You'll Also Have: College degree in engineering, technical or business discipline Baltimore Wastewater Level 5A Certification or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months Experience with DMS and CMMS Experience with SCADA systems Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed Demonstrated communication and interpersonal relations and personnel management skills Expected to reside within 30 miles of the Baltimore area or willing to relocateWorking ConditionsSafety is a core value at Jacobs.
