Support Project Manager/Lead

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager/Lead to oversee infrastructure projects and ensure successful delivery of business applications. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions. Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, the position is fully onsite and demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead infrastructure projects by defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to optimize performance and resolve technical issues. u2022 Create and update technical documentation. u2022 Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. u2022 Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in project management within infrastructure environments. u2022 Proficiency in Cisco products CCNP strongly preferred. u2022 Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. u2022 Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
