Thisrole will be responsible for developing global measurement guidelinesand frameworks that provide a clear view of the ROI from social andcreator/influencer marketing investments.Working closely with internal teams, including marketing science, media,and insights, this position will ensure the company appliesbest-in-class data practices, metrics, and analytics across allinfluencer campaigns. The goal is to build consistent measurementstandards across markets that align with business objectives and driveinsights to inform decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDefine Measurement Frameworks & Guidelines: Lead the development of a comprehensive, global measurement frameworkfor influencer marketing, aligned with the companys business andmarketing goals. Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure influencer campaigneffectiveness and their direct impact on brand growth, customerengagement, and business performance.Data Management & Analytics: Ensure all creator/influencer marketing initiatives are supported byrobust data collection processes, enabling in-depth analysis ofperformance at both a global and local level. Embed social led best practices and enhancements of methodologies andcapabilities Develop methodologies for analyzing data across a variety of metricsincluding brand lift, sales impact, engagement, and long-term brandloyalty. Drive ongoing data standardization efforts to ensure consistencyacross all regions, campaigns, and platforms.Business Impact & ROI Qualification: Work closely with the marketing science and insights teams to buildmodels that connect social and creator/influencer marketing investmentsto business outcomes such as sales uplift, customer acquisition, andretention. Provide insights and recommendations to the business by analyzingsocial and creator/influencer marketing campaigns' overall performance,highlighting areas of success, risks, and optimization opportunities.Platform & Tool Ownership: Oversee measurement capabilities within creator measurement techstack to enable consistent, accurate performance tracking Develop intuitive dashboards within creator platforms that empowermarketing teams to independently track performance and extract insightsCollaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with local market teams, media, and marketing sciencedivisions to develop a cohesive understanding of social andcreator/influencer marketings role across the consumer journey. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that campaignperformance data is accessible, usable, and actionable by teams acrossthe organization. Build measurement literacy across marketing teams through training,playbooks, and consultation on campaign structure and frameworks. Provide measurement expertise and analytical support to social mediateams, helping quantify content performance and creator contributionswithin owned channel strategiesReporting & Insights Delivery: Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership, summarizingkey insights, learnings, and recommendations for improving social andcreator/influencer marketing outcomes. Establish dashboards and reporting templates that allow internalteams and stakeholders to visualize social and creator/influencermarketing performance in novate with Emerging Metrics: Stay on the cutting edge f social and creator/influencer measurementtrends by continuously researching and incorporating new methodologiesand tools for measurement, ensuring the company maintains a competitiveedge. Develop innovative measurement approaches to account for evolvingdigital behaviors and emerging social platforms. Design and execute measurement pilot programs to test emergingmethodologies, validate new models, and build organizational learningaround creator effectiveness.Deliverables: Launch and roll-out of a global measurement framework that connectssocial, creator/influencer marketing efforts with business outcomeswithin the first 6-12 months. Consistent delivery of campaign performance insights to keystakeholders, with a focus on data-driven optimization. Development of automated reporting systems that provide real-timeaccess to performance metrics across pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary.
