Contract Duration: 12 Months + Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience (data quality, CI relationships, CSDM familiarity). + Experience supporting metadata ownership review/certification and maintaining knowledge base/wiki updates. + Ability to support ALM Sunrise/Sunset and other operational remediation activities. + Project experience with ability to lead operational initiatives. + Power BI skills are a plus for dashboards and data analysis. + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
