CNC Operator - Weekly Pay - $25-35/hr Ready for a role where you run the machines that help build parts for the _Mars Rover_ and satellites? Step into a CNC Operator position where youu2019ll command mills, lathes, and a fleet of 5u20136 machines at onceu2014while enjoying the freedom, flexibility, and stability of a longu2011standing aerospace manufacturer. Responsibilities + Operate CNC mills and lathes with precision and confidence. + Manage 5u20136 machines simultaneously without sacrificing quality. + Support all areas of the shop when needed. + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job instructions. + Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to keep parts within spec. + Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Essential Skills + Strong CNC mill and lathe operation experience. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. + Skilled in tool changes, offsets, and adjustments. + Proficient with precision measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of CNC experience on mills and lathes. + A&D experience preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment A clean, organized, wellu2011lit machine shop with about 20 employees and 40u201350 machines (30 manual). The building is older but fully airu2011conditioned, stable, and built for precision aerospace work. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
