Responsibilities + Operate CNC mills and lathes with precision and confidence. + Manage 5u20136 machines simultaneously without sacrificing quality. + Support all areas of the shop when needed. + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job instructions. + Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to keep parts within spec. + Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Essential Skills + Strong CNC mill and lathe operation experience. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. + Skilled in tool changes, offsets, and adjustments. + Proficient with precision measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of CNC experience on mills and lathes. + A&D experience preferred. Why Work Here?
