DescriptionLive sports is a major growth vertical for Prime Video. We're acquiring the biggest and best events like NFL Thursday Night Football, NBA, NASCAR, Premier League and Champions League for our customers and building new experiences to change the way people watch live sports. The person will have a proven track record in building effective teams and successfully delivering the highest quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Leading the expansion of Live Sports by bringing new sports leagues and capabilities to Prime Video. This role combines deep expertise with industry-specific knowledge to support the evaluation and onboarding of PVu2019s newest, most complex partners and leagues. You will work across business and internal and external partner teams. Key job responsibilities u2022 Lead a team of program managers to define and validate processes and tooling that take new sports' experiences from idea to live. u2022 Establish and clearly communicate organizational vision, goals and success measures u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders including business, product, and tech teams on priorities. u2022 Build, own, and deliver a roadmap of large and complex multi-functional projects with a focus on efficiency to scale our growing business. About the team The teamu2019s core mission is to manage programs that deliver new experiences to Prime Video customers. This involves interacting with internal teams including business, marketing, merchandising, product, tech, finance, and legal to define priorities, scope requirements, define and validate operational procedures, and leading programs that drive process excellence and quality including to inform automation investments.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in streaming TV sales and/or business development - Experience developing operational processes and technologiesPreferred Qualifications- Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep - Can show ablitiy to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
