Officials can have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of sports at various recreation centers in Saint Paul. Previous sports officiating experience preferred but not required. We are looking for officials for the following sports: Youth: Futsal/Indoor Soccer (March-April) $20.00- $25.00 per game Volleyball (March-April) $20.00-$25.00 per game Baseball (May-July) $25.00- $80.00 per game Softball (May-July) $28.00- $65.00 per game Flag Football (August u2013 October) $27.00 per game Outdoor Soccer (August u2013 October) $20.00-$25.00 per game Basketball (November u2013 February) $20.00-$25.00 per game Adult: Softball (March - October) $28.00-$80.00 per game Baseball (April- August) $60.00-$95.00 per game Volleyball (September u2013 February) $25.00 per game Basketball (November u2013 February) $30.00 per game Broomball (December- February) $25.00 per game Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Ability to take the initiative to do the work that needs to be done u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of the crew u2022 Self-motivator u2022 Good decision making skills u2022 Ability to deal with the public diplomatically Physical Demands: u2022 Ability to run for extended periods of time while officiating u2022 Work is performed indoors and/or outdoors in all kinds of weather Reporting Relationships: Report to Saint Paul Municipal Athletics Staff and or Assignor.
