We focus on finding engineers whose skills and personalities drive them to excel, fostering a workplace that provides unparalleled growth and career opportunities. **Position Overview** CMTA has an immediate need for a Project Billing Analyst in the Billing department in our **Dublin, OH** office. The Project Billing Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with Project Managers to produce a variety of monthly billings. This is a full time onsite position. **Key Responsibilities** + Produce customer billing packages including customer invoices, pay applications, schedules of values, affidavits, payment waivers and client invoice portal entry. + Generate monthly billing packages for review and mark-up by project managers. + Post and issue invoices using Deltek Vision in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. + Assist the staff accountant team, project managers, and executives with tracking project finances and key metrics as required + Research and resolve billing issues, as needed. + Work with internal/external clients to support collections and reconcile billed amounts. + Follow contract terms for project setup and billing compliance. + Create T&M billings from the actual, committed and forecasted costs for Projects on a timely basis. + Assist in the development and implementation of new billing systems and processes to enhance efficiency. **Desired Experience and Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance is preferred but would accept individuals with applicable billing experience. + Proficiency with MS Excel is essential. + Experience using Deltek is a plus. + A/E and/or Construction industry experience is desirable + Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to analyze + Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines + Good communication Skills - Verbal and written.
