TEKsystems has a contract role for an ADP Workforce Now (WFN) consultant with specific intergration experience around Oracle HCM Cloud. Our client is looking for a consultant that can sit remote (Supporting Pacfic Time Zone hours) and there could be an occasional site trip to Bay area in CA.) Key Responsibilities ADP Workforce Now u2013 Functional Leadership u2022 Serve as the ADP WFN functional SME across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and core HR data dependencies u2022 Support configuration and validation of: o Earnings, deductions, taxes, and pay codes o Labor distribution / costing structures o Payroll calendars, pay groups, and control totals u2022 Review ADP configuration for alignment with Oracle HCM source-of-truth design Oracle HCM u2194 ADP Integration u2022 Lead functional design for Oracle HCM Cloud to ADP Workforce Now integrations, including: o Employee demographic and job data o Compensation and pay rate changes o Department / cost center / location mappings o Optional assignment-level attributes (e.g., costing drivers) u2022 Partner with technical resources to define and validate: o Inbound/outbound flat files (CSV/TXT) o Data mapping, transformation rules, and error handling u2022 Troubleshoot integration errors across Oracle, middleware, and ADP Payroll Processing & Controls u2022 Support payroll parallel testing, validation cycles, and reconciliation u2022 Ensure proper handling of: o Retro pay o Terminations and final pay o Adjustments and off-cycle payrolls u2022 Assist in defining payroll controls, audit checks, and approval workflows Payroll to GL / Downstream Integration Support u2022 Support functional validation of ADP payroll expense outputs feeding Oracle Financials u2022 Validate account mapping, balancing, and posting logic u2022 Assist with payroll accruals, reversals, and reconciliation processes Testing, Cutover & Go-Live u2022 Support SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing u2022 Execute and validate test scenarios across Oracle HCM and ADP u2022 Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, and go-live stabilization ________________________________________ Required Experience & Qualifications Must-Have u2022 5+ years hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (functional, not just oversight) u2022 Direct experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with ADP Workforce Now u2022 Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor costing, and payroll controls u2022 Experience supporting payroll parallel testing and go-live stabilization u2022 Ability to work independently in a fast-moving implementation environment Strongly Preferred u2022 Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, Costing) u2022 Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-entity payroll experience u2022 Experience working alongside Oracle ERP Financials (GL, costing) u2022 Familiarity with flat-file based integrations (non-connector models) ________________________________________ Soft Skills & Working Style u2022 Strong communicator who can translate payroll complexity for HR and Finance stakeholders u2022 Comfortable pushing back on poor design or risky shortcuts u2022 Detail-oriented, process-driven, and test-focused u2022 Collaborative mindsetu2014works well with internal teams, SI partners, and vendors ________________________________________ Engagement Notes u2022 This is a hands-on delivery role, not a strategy-only position u2022 Expectation is active participation in design sessions, testing cycles, and issue resolution u2022 Ideal candidate has u201cbeen in the trenchesu201d with Oracleu2013ADP integrations before Skills ADP, requirements gathering, data mapping, Configuration, Erpss, Implementation Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.
