About this Opportunity As the Arts Grant Manager, you will administer arts-centric grant programs that work to fulfill the Iowa Arts Councilu2019s mission to cultivate creativity, learning and participation in the arts in Iowa and IEDA goals. Key responsibilities include: + Managing the annual grant awards process including developing grant guidelines, application materials, and scoring rubrics and criteria. + Providing technical assistance and program guidance to applicants and recipients + Ensuring post-award compliance through project monitoring activities. + Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating statewide grant workshops. + Designing, planning, and implementing programs and initiatives that advance arts learning throughout the state.
