Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join a women's clinic, providing essential phlebotomy services to patients ranging from ages 18 to geriatric. This position requires a professional who is experienced in managing a high volume of patients daily and has a strong background in phlebotomy. Responsibilities + Perform phlebotomy procedures efficiently, handling 50+ patients daily. + Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including those in the OBGYN sector. + Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high standards of care. + Adapt to different clinic environments as needed, with potential full-time opportunities after the initial FMLA coverage. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience. + Proficiency in handling a high volume of patients in a clinical setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working with OBGYN patients is a plus. Work Environment The position is based in a women's clinic with a typical full-time schedule. The role offers flexibility with half-day Fridays, and the possibility to work at another clinic to complete 40-hour work weeks. The work environment is professional, and the team is supportive, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Knoxville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
