If so, this may be the right opportunity for you Spire is seeking a Senior Recruiter to work hybrid out of the Birmingham, AL or St. Louis, MO downtown location. This position will be responsible for managing requisition workload, sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions, hiring qualified candidates and to ensure performance targets are met. A Successful candidate must have the following to be considered: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in human resources or a Business-related field required u2022 Minimum of 5 years of corporate or staffing industry recruiting required u2022 Minimum of 5 years Director-level and above recruiting required u2022 Experience sourcing using Boolean logic, ATS or other Job platforms required u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems required u2022 Strong written and interpersonal communication skills u2022 Ability to work independently and multitask effectively u2022 Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines preferred Duties and Responsibilities u2022 Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Spire to understand staffing forecast, hiring needs, team dynamics, and job profiles. u2022 Utilize various sourcing strategies (internet searches, employee referrals external advertisements, social media, career events, social & personal networking) to identify and select the highest qualified candidates. u2022 Manage full- cycle recruiting process while collaborating with managers on hiring decisions u2022 Develop competitive offers under the guidance of the compensation team, create offer letters and effectively extend offers to internal and external candidates u2022 Support the Lead and Manager, Talent Acquisition in developing and executing company-wide TA strategies that align with the organization strategies. u2022 Partner with the business partners and hiring managers to review and guide discussions around job descriptions as needed u2022 Responsible for assisting with preparation status update reports u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, labor laws, labor market and legislative initiatives to ensure adherence, validity and consistency to all legal compliance requirements in all recruiting and hiring processes u2022 Develop and implements solutions to ensure continuous improvement of talent acquisition work streams and processes.
