JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Job The Technology Solutions Consultant isan on-site position embedded within network offices nationwide,dedicated to advancing financial advisors' sales effectiveness andpractice growth through innovative technology solutions. This roleinvolves cultivating strong relationships with advisors, teams, andnetwork office leadership, delivering customized consulting to aligndigital strategies with specific business objectives, and championingthe adoption of Northwestern Mutual's technology suite. By spearheadingstrategic technology integration, the consultant transforms advisorpractices, driving continuous improvement and fostering collaborationacross all organizational levels. What You'll Do Develop relationshipswith financial advisors (FA), FA teams, and network office (NO)leadership and their teams, focusing on understanding basic businessobjectives and support needs. Assist advisors and teams in usingNorthwestern Mutual's technology tools effectively, demonstrating howthey enhance client-advisor experiences and productivity. Develop athorough understanding of the insurance and investment sales cycles tounderstand how technology can be integrated into business processes.Apply consulting strategies to demonstrate technology benefits, focusingon clear communication to ensure audience understanding. Collectfeedback from advisors and teams to relay to Home Office leadership,helping ensure technology solutions meet user needs. Support theidentification of inefficiencies with guidance, suggesting simpletechnology applications to improve advisor practices. Participate inplanning sessions to support goal achievement, learning strategicmethods to increase productivity and client satisfaction. Assist indelivering training on technology best practices, facilitating classesunder supervision to promote effective tool usage. Help prepare usersfor new technology deployments by assisting with training andcommunication of benefits. Track engagement activities and attendtraining sessions to expand knowledge and skills, contributing toimprovement efforts. Travel may be required based on supported offices.What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in business or relatedfield, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years related experienceincluding consultation experience working with professionals withinfinancial services or similar industry. Experience coaching and trainingprofessionals. Ability to understand sales-focused software technologyand its benefits. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Provenability to consult and drive measurable improvements in an outcome-basedmodel.
