Job Description Our client is looking for a Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Specialist to join their team and strengthen their organizationu2019s operational resilience, Conducting Business Impact Analyses, and designing, maintaining, and testing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans to ensure the organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptions. You will develop implement, and maintain DR and BCP strategies and documentation as well as coordinate and facilitate DR and BCP testing (tabletop, simulation, and live exercises). You will analyze test results and drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment between IT disaster recovery capabilities and business continuity needs. You will collaborate with IT, Security, Operations, and Business Leaders and provide incident response and crisis management activities when needed. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and able to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
