JOB REQUIREMENTS: The individual selected for this role will be expectedto work at Store #4349, located at: 1053 Waube Ln, Ashwaubenon, WI 54304AND Stores: 703059 Green Bay West, 703268 Green Bay East, 703522 GreenBay North, 721089 Green Bay Taylor St. This position works closely withcommercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer theirquestions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the rightsolutions. Branch Customer Service Specialists are also expected topromptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum clientsatisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features andmaintain the high quality and visual standards of the products andstore. Branch Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achievingexcellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store'ssales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which mayinclude minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronicequipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items ofvalue, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Companytherefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessaryto protect the business and its operations and reputation and isnecessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff,employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public. Ensure highlevels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assistcustomers in person and over the phone by determining needs andpresenting appropriate products and services Build productive trustrelationships with wholesale customers Process sales transactionsaccurately and consistent with policies and procedures Follow andachieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintainprecise work order files and formulas Pull appropriate products from thesales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customerspecifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipmentLoad/unload delivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as neededMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Remainknowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Complywith inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales MinimumRequirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must belegally authorized to work in the...
