Position Summary: The Licensure & Enrollment Supervisor will maintain responsibility for the regulatory filings required for participation/enrollment in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, state and local licensing agencies, accrediting bodies, and other regulatory and licensing agencies. Ideal candidates for this role will have previous credentialing and or provider enrollment experience, experience with Medicare & Medicaid Enrollment including PECOS experience.Location: RemoteSchedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours a week>> We offer our team the best Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsContinued EducationPTO PlanRetirement PlanningLife InsuranceEmployee discountsCompany matched 401KEssential Duties:Researches, completes and submits all regulatory applications and filings required by the Medicare and Medicaid programs, state and local licensing offices, and accrediting agenciesResponsible for ensuring all deadlines for applications and revalidations are met and enrollments in all programs remain active at all timesCommunicates and corresponds with CMS, the various Fiscal Intermediaries, Medicaid programs, state and local licensing offices, and other regulatory and licensing agenciesDevelops and maintains relationships with CMS, the various Fiscal Intermediaries, Medicaid programs, state and local licensing offices, and other regulatory and licensing agenciesEnsures that licensure applications and documentation are completeMaintains active database of agency contact information and filing deadlinesEnters all updates into the agency portals in a timely mannerMaintains current knowledge of rules, regulations and applications for each state where Company’s hospice and home health agencies are locatedAssists in ensuring agency status changes (relocations, openings and closings) are properly communicated to CMS, Medicaid programs, and state and local licensure agenciesAssist with and/or complete special reports as neededFollows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirementsAbides by all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedPerformance Responsibilities:Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationshipsMaintains open lines of communicationPlans and organizes work effectively and ensures its completionMeets all productivity requirementsDemonstrates team behavior and promotes a team-oriented environmentRepresents the organization professionally at all timesPosition Requirements & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Services or a related fieldExperience in the following areas is considered relevant and preferred - healthcare regulatory/licensing and enrollment and project management/coordinationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent analytical, oral and written communication including prior experience in proposal development and technical writingComputer Proficiency - MS Office other computer skills, including scheduling software or database is desiredAttention to detail; ability to understand and comply with program/contract policies and proceduresService mentalityTo apply via text, text 10085 to (334) 518-4376#IndeedADCOR#ACADCOR#CBACADCOR#DJADCOREmployee wellbeing is top priority at Addus Homecare, and we're thrilled to announce our recognition as the top healthcare company on Indeed's 2024 Top 100 Work Wellbeing Index.
