Carmel, IN has consistently ranked as one of the top 10 most livable places in the USA - #2 rated by Money Magazine 2023!Practice growth is due to service line expansion, and the opening of new OR’s.We provide a broad range of anesthetic care to the cardiac, thoracic and EP services at two suburban hospitals. Our clinical case variety is wide: a broad range of valve cases, major aortic cases (dissections, aneurysms/arch, TEVARs), structural heart (Watchman, TAVR, MitraClip, tricuspid clip/TTVR), CABG, robotic thoracic, and a busy EP addition, there is a growing transplant / LVAD surgical heart failure programTotal case volume is robust -exceeding 1300 open hearts / yearCall is taken from home with post call off8 weeks PTO / 1 week CMEPreferred candidates are fellowship trained and are at least testamurs of the NBE/APTE examVery competitive compensation package with excellent benefits / CME supportW2 base salary (>600K) with potential > 80th %tile MGMAIn addition, our practice opportunity offers:Stipend bonusRelocation allowanceCME-40 hoursComprehensive health benefitsRetirement savings plan (403b) with match and a 457b planMalpractice with tail coverageEight weeks of FLTO / 8 holidaysQuality bonus (QA), sign on bonus and student loan forgiveness availableAscension Medical Group is a multi-specialty group of primary care and specialty health providers and the medical group is physician-led and operated.
