Builder Production 1 - Swing Shift

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Production Builder I to join their team. As a Production Builder I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting cleanroom assembly and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Builder Production 1 Location: Roseville Pay Range: $19an hour Hours: 3pm-11:30pm Monday -Friday occasional overtime on Saturday What’s the Job? (Max 5 Responsibilities) Assemble medical devices following QSR, ISO 13485, lot history records, and SOPs. Perform in‑process inspections to verify component and assembly quality. Record production data and maintain component accountability. Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Maintain cleanroom standards, housekeeping, and report process/documentation issues. What’s Needed? (Max 5 Requirements) High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience. Ability to read, write, and understand English with strong verbal and written communication skills. High manual dexterity and strong attention to detail. Basic math skills and working knowledge of cGMP/QSR requirements. Ability to use tools such as microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, and other handheld devices. What’s in it for me?
