Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Byesville, OH Pay Range: $30 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift What's the Job? Efficiently maintain facility equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Perform repairs, replacements, and rebuilds on process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, and motors. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards. Log all work activities accurately in the CMMS system, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and new installations. What's Needed? Working knowledge of electrical 3-phase systems, PLCs, and controls. Extensive experience repairing and replacing pumps, motors, filters, and pipes. Proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and operating powered shop tools. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
