Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2nd Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN: Providing nursing care within their scope of practice Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care Any other job duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN/LPN: Must have an active Certification as an RN/LPN Experience preferred, not required As a Crestline Nursing Center employee, you will receive benefits including PTO, Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance.
