Job Description What you will be doing Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs. Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc. Check quality and presentation of food before serving. Prepare and serve beverages for the function. Provide prompt and professional service to all guests. Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
