The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity for aSeasonal Sales Development Representative!The Seasonal Sales Development Representativeplaysa critical roleinsupporting new business growth within our Car Sales Division.This positionwill support our Car Sales Division bybuildingnew relationships within the mobility business platform,handlingoutboundcommunication,and guiding prospects down the sales funnel closer to purchase.Thisrolewill belocated at ourMarylandHeightsofficelocatedat2801 Ball Dr. Maryland Heights, MO. The schedule for this position is Monday -Saturday,with multiple shifts. This position will requireworking40 hours per week.The hourly pay for this position is $18.99 / hour.This position is a seasonal role scheduled fromMay 2026 through August 2026.This is a seasonal position and cannot exceed180 daysof service.Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teamsare responsible forGlobal Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support,Mobility Developmentand Technical Support Helpdesks.This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, supportstaffand management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.Organize,validate, and qualify incomingEnterprise Mobility Car Saleleads, ensuring customers are effectively guided toward scheduling in‑dealership appointmentsDevelop and manage a pipeline ofcar salesleads, ensuringtimelyfollow-up and progression through the sales cycleManage responsiveness to prospects using established strategies to improve lead conversionCollaborate withstakeholders andpartnersonenhancing the overall effectiveness and operational efficiency of the Mobility Development teamPresent alternative solutions to objections and meet customer needsAnalyze sales processes and workflows toidentifyand implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectivenessAdhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including agreements and contracts, pricing, and loss preventionEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years oldMust have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experienceMust be availableto work a seasonal positionfromMay 2026throughAugust 2026Mustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
