In this role, you’ll partner closely with project managers and technical teams to support day-to-day project coordination, keep work moving forward, and help deliver high-quality solutions that turn complex ideas into impactful outcomes.Support project financials by helping set up WBS structures, updating forecasts, and tracking key metricsAssist in preparing proposals, developing scope, schedules, and budgets alongside technical and market teamsAddress client needs and resolve project issues with professionalism and careSupport the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion, tracking deliverables and reporting progress as well as purchase orders and payment coordinationAssist project managers with budgeting, billing steps, and monthly closeout tasks that keep projects movingCreate project timelines and schedules with minimal supervisionFacilitate communication between office and field staff, ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectivelySupport compliance with specifications and project schedule and budget requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field requiredMinimum of 2 years of industry experience required with a proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasksExperience with MONDAY platform is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferredExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalAbility to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environmentMotivated self-starter who works well independently and supports managementAdaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiationPMP certification preferredSupport impactful projects that transform communities and support client goals from concept to completionCollaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and project excellenceEnjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for local travel, professional development, and exposure to diverse project sitesCurious about the impactful work our Electric Distribution team is doing?
