As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBAProvide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settingsCollect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviorsAssist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategiesFollow ethical standards and maintain client confidentialityCommunicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team membersParticipate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetingsMaintain current RBT certification and required documentationActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - required or eligibility to obtainHands-on (in person class) CPR certification approved by AHA - RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow behavior plans and take feedback from supervisorsReliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations, required.Physical RequirementsMMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIREDAbility to sit, stand, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, as neededAbility to engage in active play and therapeutic activitiesWork EnvironmentIn-home, school-based, or clinic-based settingsMay include daytime, after-school, evening, or weekend hoursHealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
