Full-Time ABA Director (BCBA)In-Home Services | Columbus, GAHealthPro Heritage Pediatrics is seeking an experienced ABA Director (BCBA) to lead and oversee our in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about pediatrics, clinical excellence, and strategic growth.In addition to overseeing clinical services, this role requires someone with a strong skill set in building professional networks and promoting awareness of our services to support the continued growth of this branch. As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.Provide clinical leadership and oversight for in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA areaSupervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service deliveryOversee the implementation and integrity of behavior intervention plans in accordance with BACB and payer standardsMaintain clinical compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical practiceCollaborate with operations and leadership teams on program development and branch growthBuild and maintain professional networks and community partnerships to increase awareness of services and drive referralsMonitor caseloads, staffing needs, and clinical outcomes to support sustainable growthBalance leadership duties with 10-15 billable hours per weekCommunicate regularly with families, clinicians, and internal leadership regarding program performance and needsActive BCBA certification in good standing (required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field3-5+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory and leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to lead and develop clinical teamsStrong skills in networking, relationship-building, and community outreachExperience with in-home ABA service modelsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and make sound clinical and operational decisionsReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (Currently 100% homebased services)Ability to pass background checks and required clearancesHealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
