Pets Best Friend Veterinary Hospital, a well-established and respected small animal practice in Levittown, PA is seeking a Hospital Managerto lead our dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of our growing practice.As the Hospital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. This unique position combines collaborative, on-the-floor duties as a veterinary technicianwithadministrative and business management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the hospital to ensure efficiency and a positive client experienceAssist the medical team with hands-on technician duties to support patient care and ensure smooth daily operations.Oversee the financial health of the practice, including managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies for business growth.Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and hospital protocolsFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureSupport staff training, performance evaluations, and professional growth.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in veterinary medicine as a veterinary technician or similar role, with a solid understanding ofhospital operations.Experience with practice management systems (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, ezyVet)Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting.Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, KPIs, and business growth strategies.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment.Commitment to providing top-tier client service and veterinary care.Requirements:This position requires a minimum commitment of40 hours per week.As our hospital continues to grow,operating hours may change.
