Our thoughtfully designed, modern facility promotes holistic healing and features contemporary amenities, six outdoor therapeutic spaces, and a calming environment that supports recovery and well-being—for both our patients and our team members.We provide compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare for adolescents, adults, and senior adults in a supportive, collaborative setting where every team member plays a meaningful role.Now Hiring: Administrative AssistantWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.In this role, you will do more than manage schedules and correspondence—you will help keep our leadership team organized and supported so they can focus on delivering exceptional care.Responsibilities include:Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conferencesPreparing correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinating direct mailings and special projectsOrdering and maintaining office suppliesHandling non-routine correspondenceAssembling and safeguarding highly confidential and sensitive informationServing as a professional point of contact for external callers, visitors, and internal team members at all levelsThis position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and independent judgment to prioritize a diverse workload effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable recommending improvements to office practices and procedures when appropriate.If you are looking to join a mission-driven organization where your work truly makes a difference, we would love to connect with you.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department.Maintaining schedules and calendars for multiple department heads.Performs desktop publishing; creates and develops visual presentations.Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system.Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.Answers phones, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.Document and distribute departmental meeting minEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent; prefer some college or technical school coursework.Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required.Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Accurate typing of 80+ words per minute.Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.HFORD#LI-HFBH
