Pool Installer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pool Installers for projects located in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Pool Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Install in-ground swimming pools (vinyl, fiberglass, or concrete)Set and strip forms for pool decks, footings, and structural componentsPerform concrete flatwork and finishing (broom, smooth, decorative finishes)Assist with masonry work including block, coping, and related structuresInstall pool plumbing systems (PVC lines, fittings, equipment hook-ups)Ensure proper grading, leveling, and layoutOperate hand tools and power equipment safelyFollow project plans, measurements, and safety standardsProven experience in pool installation requiredStrong concrete finishing and flatwork skillsExperience setting forms and basic masonry workKnowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipmentAbility to read a tape measure and work from layout plansPhysically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoorsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
