At Denver Milk Market you’ll celebrate the best of our local food scenes while connecting with our vibrant community.Application Window: applications are accepted on an ongoing basisThe Retail Attendant is responsible for assisting all guests with purchases, helping them locate and decide on needed items.Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:00pm, Full timeProvide a warm welcome to our internal and external guests.Promote sales by using suggestive selling techniques.Operates cash register and credit card machine to take money and make change.Unpacking and tagging all merchandise that is for re-sale.Checks shelves and processes inventory.Keep store rooms clean and well organized.Re-stock merchandise for sale as needed.Education/Formal TrainingHigh school education or equivalent experience.ExperiencePrior experience in a cash handling position. Three months or more of retail/sales related experience is preferredKnowledge/SkillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenMust have exceptional organization skillsPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
