Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.Position SummaryThe Operator-Assembleris responsible foroperating and tending specified equipment and machinesto create parts or productsfor the medical device industry.They are also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling and moving of product.Shifts Available:9th shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am Thursday - Saturday every other SundayInspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specificationsUse Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materialsRead and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI’s)Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)Mix chemicals and materials as requiredEnsure the quality of the products being producedResponsible for periodic checks on outputComplete assigned tasks through hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding and silicone back fillingResponsible for prompt recognition of faulty equipmentPerform assembly and secondary production operationsInspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specificationsUse Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materialsRead and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI’s)Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)Mix chemicals and materials as requiredEnsure the quality of the products being producedResponsible for periodic checks on outputComplete assigned tasks through hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding and silicone back fillingResponsible for prompt recognition of faulty equipmentPerform assembly and secondary production operationsUSD $18.00 - USD $24.50 /Hr.This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
