The Retail Sales Consultant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. Individual should possess:Superior communication and customer service skills, especially effective via email and telephoneA minimum of one (2) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred.Excellent follow-through skillsProficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
